The Founder
Cristina Rapcea
My name is Cristina Rapcea and I’m the founder of Ideal Solutions Management,.
In 2019, I’ve decided that after working for 10 years in marketing, sales, product management and copywriting, it’s time to offer my services at a bigger scale.
Over the last decade I’ve had the pleasure to work with talented professionals and I’m proud to collaborate now with them on projects, as Ideal Solutions Management.
This collaborative effort came as a necessity for fairness and professionalism on a market saturated with fake professionals.
My own experience comes from working in corporate marketing for 6 years with big budgets, in one of the top 10 American companies in the world, DuPont Pioneer.
For the last 4 years, I’ve worked with small business owners as a Top Rated Freelancer on Upwork, one of the biggest freelancing American companies in the world and in UK, as a marketing support for an advertising agency in Manchester.

I’ve started my marketing, sales and product management journey in a multi-national company in Romania, a top-ten worldwide American company DuPont – Pioneer, where I’ve worked for 6 years.
